Not sure about wargaming. I seem to recall they were a bit too small for most of my airfix soldiers. They do make some of their own but they are mainly tank crews and truck passengers. Also, they are a bit expensive for buying more than one of each I think. But, you're right they look neat. I like this Spanish Army Leopard 2  and this German Army AVLB

Yes they are cracking models but in 1/87 is ideal for model railways.
I did look at these years ago but they tended to be quite expensive.
Will try and dig out a good site for these that I used to view.
Place in ground, keep at arms length, light the blue touch paper and stand back!
